I purchased Penny wise india for three $5 cards & 20$ India Half Penny for 2000 mins in October, 2011. I used 1 and half of the 3 Penny wise india cards. None of cards and PINS work.It works once in a while, probably 2 times in a month.when I try to access the local number, the pin but it doesnt work. I have been charged for a two $5 and one $20.00 cards. I tried to call to the customer care and I will kept on hold, it always says that there representatives are busy all day and all night.I have sent an email
regarding the same issue but there was no reply from the customer care thrice, no reply. I have been trying to contact the customer care to solve the issue but till now i didnt get any solution for this.Somebody should take action on this company, if at all it exists. Then I finally decided to approach consumer forum to
help me with this issue. Thank you
