REQUIREMENTS:

Passport Photograph
Valid Identity Card

INSTRUCTIONS:

Verification is free to all British. National .
International applicant attract verification fee of ?150 GBP.
Incomplete application will be rejected.
False Statements and documents will be rejected.
Crime Questionnaire Form should be completed individual and should be submitted with the above requirements.
