I purchased a pair of Clarks sandals from site Kelly Mall in mid-May. About a month later, I rec'd a small padded envelope, approx. 5x7 inches, containing a product called 'Bugs Lock'. Obviously not my shoes. I had checked on line and found countless similar complaints re: this company. I have filed a dispute with Paypal, noting item not as described and requesting full refund. Fingers crossed.
