Glad to hear from you,I looked through your rent application and it is well filled out also i want you to tell me how related you are to your references....As you know the house is worth a whole lot more than what i am renting it out for and i just hope that you can take good care of the house while i am away..i am not renting out the house because of the money rather i am renting because i need someone who can stay in the house conveniently, pay my rent with ease, and take good care of the house i would appreciate it if you can work with me on this one so i can get to send the necessary keys and documents to you asap.

I spoke with my wife about this and we thought it would be good if you can make payment through western union to us and send the keys and documents to you which would take about 26 hrs as it would be an express overnight shipment. this is also because we want to give you an avenue to move your things into the house gradually without any rush prior to your final move in date.

I am exited and willing to let you move in our house as soon as possible and we have concluded on accepting payment for the first month which is $615 including Utilities inside and a security deposit of $500 to make the total of $1115 to enable you move in as soon as you are ready.

The package containing the keys and documents will be delivered to you within 24 hours through the address you send to us why filling out the rental application form and after your deposit is confirmed over here.

Here are the contents of the document.

1) Entrance and the rooms Keys
2) Paper/Permanent house form
3) The house documents file.

Once again, we are giving you this on trust and do not disappoint me.

Should i send you the lease agreement so that you can sign and send back to me ?

So I am with your information's here with me and i will like to know whether you are ready for the payment of the first month Rent and deposit so that the keys and the document could be shipped to you as soon as possible so that you can possible occupy the house now.

Your full address is needed because that is where i will send the keys and documents of the House to if different from the one in the rental Application Form

i would send the payment information on your request for it

Thanks for the email.Firstly i will like to share with you about my little family, i am from Tallahassee FL. I and my wife acquired the recemtly and decided to rent it', Yes, the House is still available and will only be given out to the right person that will take very good care of the place and the facilities.Well i must let you know that the house has a lot of facilities like laundry facilities,air condition,internet and telephone access and car garage and other necessary facilities.I have really decided to give out the house as a result of my transfer to West Africa (Nigeria) to help build the Kingdom Hall and assist in spreading the living word..

I will be renting out the house for $615 (Including Utilities) water,gas,electricity and garbage and a security deposit of $500 (refundable) $50 for each pet as pet deposit (negotiable) and I need to inform you as well that money is not the major reason why I am renting it out but want someone who can take care of it as if he/she owns it,let me know as soon as possible if you can take good care of it, so that we can discuss the rent further.
