I have the same experience as others who have ordered from these scammers. I ordered the Legend of Zelda bundle. After a few days of not hearing anything I noticed my account had been debited. Then a short time later I was sent a USPS tracking number. Well red flags started going up when nothing was shipped. I tried calling them and of course all I got was voice mail and no returned calls. I emailed them and was told the item was on backorder. Really? a limited edition backordered? So I told them via email that I wanted a refund and after a couple days I recieved an email saying that I would be getting my refund in 2-5 business days. Guess what? NO REFUND! Here is the strange thing however. I sent them and email telling them that what I discovered via Scambook and these idiots send me an email telling me not belive what I read on the internet about them. Well the same day at about 9:30 pm I recieved a call from a number showing as private from some women saying she worked for them telling me that my refund would be forthcoming. Of course that never happened so I emailed them and asked why I recieved a call at that time of night from a private number. They answered my email and said that some did call me from their private cell phone. Really? Anyway I'm sorry to be so wordy but I am very angry with these crooks.
