I have ordered 3 wedding jackets from this site.
When I received them, 3 of them looked nothing like the one they advertise in their web site. Moreover, one jacket had a stain in the front of the jacket, and one jacket was TOTALLY a different jacket. POOR quality, and they refused to give me refund. I sent them pictures and they told me they look different because of the angle of the camera!!!! I wish this site allows me to post photos to show you guys how different those items are from what they advertise.... they also told me i should keep them because they are beautiful.
I DO NOT CARE WHAT THEY THINK IS BEAUTIFUL. I want to receive what I ordered!!!!!
Do not buy from this site. WORST online experience ever! I will be extremely careful with Chinese companies from now on.

- I wish I read these posts before my current disaster with this company. The short of it is that the color is absolutely not what we ordered for all bridesmaids. Not even close. They took forever to ship, looks nothing like the photo, and they told me to just order another color.

Thnks for your concern TBdress.I am after-sale service from TBdress.About your mentioned color difference ,its very common that what the camera took is not the same as what we saw with eyes.If there is huge difference in color , please accept our apology .With regards to this situation, could you please contact Customer Service Dep. at : [email protected] for a satisfying solution.Hope you could get a satisfying response there.

- I have bought from tbdress severally.the latest is in April where i bought a bracelet.as for me and many others that i know who have bought one or two items from tbdress we have had no problems with our orders.and i would recommend tbdress to anyone at anytime.all i can say to those with complains is that they should exercise patient because the tbdress i know is far from being a fraudster.i was actually shocked when i visited this site only to find so many complains yet i have never even had a problem with tbdress in whatever form!
