Last year I applied for a payday loan but decided to not get the loan. Now I am getting calls because they say that they filed a civil lawsuit in my county to garnish my wages. One I havent recieved any paperwork and two they just cant garnish my check.I called and tried to get information for whomever it was that called with no luck. He gave some crap about you will have it in a couple days and then we will see you in court. But as I told him if you did deposit money in an account that has been closed since last October they never let me know and I wont pay back anything that I never agreed to. So I will see them in court.
