My grandson really wants and Xbox 360 with some games and other things to go with it. We saw an ad (I don't remember where) for an Xbox Bundle with Kineck and some games and cable to go with it for under $10.00. So we went to Dealday.com and did not find that particular item, but there was one for about $19.00. So I "grabbed the deal", and went on to sign up to the site. When I got done reading the Terms of Use, knowing there was a fee of $29.99 I went ahead to join. They debited my account the next day (Monday). I don't know what happened to the item we grabbed, it was just gone! We searched and searched the site for an Xbox bundle and only found consoles with one control. they started out the price of $199.99. We tried to "grab"one of the deals and found the price never got below $185.00 or thereabouts. So on Monday I called the company and asked about the bundles instead of just the consoles and was told that they did not have bundled games. So I asked for a refund of my membership fee. She said this was not allowed and I said false advertising is also not allowed and I wanted a refund. She left me on hold for a little bit and came back saying they would refund $15.00 of the membership fee. I figured a little was better than none, so I agreed. I should have said no I want all my fee back, but didn't. When they heard "false advertising", it got their attention. I believe they have someone that does the item grabbing so it is impossible to get a good deal from them. Today is June 13, and I still don't have my refund so I called and they said my last name was misspelled so he would fix it so my refund will come through. We will see! I believe this company is totally fraudulent and I will never contact them again, except to assure my refund. This expeience cost me $14.99 and I got NOTHING!!!
