On 6/11/12 my dad's checking account was debited for $447.34 from a company called YR Benefits. From what I understand, the check did not even have my dad's correct name on it. Now he will have to file a fraud claim with his bank to retrieve his money. We are told we will have to file a police report before the bank wil do anything about getting his money back.
