My checking account was charged from consgamehere.com, a charge we never made, we had never even been to the site before. Tried to call the customer service number, was on hold for some time, then a message stated "sorry, no one is available to take your call right now, please call back again later or try contacting us by email". Started the fraud/investigation process with my bank. Luckily it was not a large amount, but very scary and upsetting that they had our visa # and withdrew money from our banking account!!!!!!! Absolutely unacceptable.
