A total of 4 telegraphic transfers were sent from Australia to the Austrian firms China Merchant Bank account for gold options GCM12. Upon maturity $147,785.00 was supposed to have been transferred to my bank account but I was never sent a sent of my investment monies back. Each of the deposits were sent to CHINA MERCHANTS BANK TOWER:7088, SHENNAN BOULEVARD, SHENZHEN. CHINA to the account name of Shanghai Global Trading Co Ltd.
What recourse, if any is open to me now?
