I telephoned this company when a memo appeared on my checking account about a purchase that I had not made. The gentlemen on the phone who appeared to be a representative stated that he understood why I was calling and wanted to assist me in getting the charge for an item that I had not ordered off my account. He assured me that it would be canceled and that no further billing to my account would be done. This date that I called was June 1, 2012. It has been 11 days already and the amount is still showing up on my account. I will now take legal action as there was no authorization granted for them to use my card. I am also going to deal with my bank on this issue of the charge of $49.95 plus a .40 (debit card fee). My damages my result in more once I have finished, but due to the aggravation and my time and research the amount as of today is $200.00

I had a similar situation happen as above. I noticed on my CapitalOne credit card a bill for $49.95 from DLANDSUPPORT.COM (877)593 2522 . I went to the website and it only had 2 links... speak to an agent or cancel subscription. I called the number and waited on hold for several minutes. I hung up and called CapitalOne and reported the Fraud and requested my credit card account be closed and reopened with new number. They are starting a fraud investigation.
After reading the earlier post, I remembered my wife saying we received a bottle of pills with no invoice. We never ordered any pills so assumed it was junk mail. Now I realize we were targeted with the same scam. -
