This person is advertising a property on craigslist that is not actually theirs. Asked for $400.00 security deposit in exchange for keys to look at apartment. Person claims to be traveling and out of the state of KY. After recieving deposit fake renter asks for the additional first months rent before we have signed any legal lease agreement.
