I downloaded driver manager repair tool for 39.95 ( affileated with H/P and Nortons) and it didnt work so I e-mailed them requesting a full refund . they keep trying to convince me to have thier tech support team look into it but I am skeptical of this ,and just not satified at all. all I want is my 39.95 back they can keep the tool.
