I am glad to hear from you regarding my apartment,the apartment is available for the chosen dates (15/16 August for 4 night), the rate is reasonable and affordable.The total for the rent will be $60 per Night: $240 for the duration(4nights), you will have to pay upfront 50% ($120) plus refundable security deposit of $200= $320, All you need to pay to secure or hold the chosen dates will be $320 and you will receive the $200 security deposit during your departure time via cash.

Perfectly located on the 3rd floor, apartment number 7 and the Apartment features:- Queen size bed in the bedroom, sofa bed , CD Player & DVD Player, Iron & ironing board, Kitchen, Laundry Facilities, Microwave, pots, coffee maker, split samsung air conditioner, heater, Shower, Telephone,Television, wifi.

Building Features:- It is located at: 224 W 30th St, New York, NY 10011, Newly renovated building, 24-hour security service and Doormen, Sun deck, Fitness center, Pets permitted, Parking garage, High speed internet ,Laundry service available.

1. AGREEMENT: the Owner and Renter agree as Follows: Above Renter is an
adult and will be in occupant of the unit during the entire reserved
period. Other occupants will be family members, friends or responsible
adults. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories, and as a result they would have to
vacate the property immediately without any refund. No keys will be
issued to anyone who is not an adult.

2. PETS: We allow pets under the following condition.. Guest with pets
must check out one hour earlier so the cleaning staff has ample time to
sanitize the home. You MUST clean up after your pet. That includes
properly disposing of all waste material. If any waste material is
found on the property, a portion of your pet deposit will not be
refunded. You must also maintain control of your pet at all times, and
NEVER leave a dog unattended. If you are leaving for the day and don't
want to take the dog with you, you must put it in a local kennel or
find alternative solutions to leaving the dog alone at our property.
(If you are renting our property on a month to month basis, it is
acceptable to leave your pet at the home while you are away). You must
clean the home to the same level it was when you arrived; meaning pet
hairs should not be visible. Any complaints from neighbors regarding
excessive noise or other nuisances may be cause for immediate
termination of the lease and forfeiture of the Renter's entire security
deposit.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is $200 for a vacation
rental. This includes Pet Deposits if applicable. Your security deposit
is fully refundable at the time of your departure provided that real
and personal property are in the same condition as when occupancy
commenced and all terms of this agreement are met. Renter is liable for
all replacements and repairs that are outside what is considered normal
wear and tear.

4a. PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

Total Rent Quoted: $300
Your deposit bill: 50% of the rent ($150) plus $200 refundable security
deposit =$350
You are to pay $350 to hold your dates < 5night > (15/16 August for
5night) Total balance payable on your arrival is= $150 and on your
departure day the security deposit ($200) will be refund.

Hi Evelyn,
Sorry I have not confirmed sooner but I was at a ski
slope this morning (indoor) with my twins and I had an accident I am
now in hospital waiting on an operation on my right knee which will
mean I cannot get over to newyork.
My husband Doug is going to take Nicole and her twin
brother George to newyork for the football training and leave me here
in hospital.
They will be arriving on the 14th at 9.30pm into JFK on
flight AA101 from London heathrow.
they will be staying till the morning of the 19th leaving JFK on flight
AA142 at 9.35am.

I hope your apartment is available for these dates 5 nights in total
could you send me the booking form and the payment details so I can get
my husband DOUG to do this now.
