I opened an account on 07/13/11. Immediately after confirming my account I made a deposit thru Paypal of $500.00. I received confirmation from both Ad Media Traders and Paypal of the deposit. I was informed in the AMT email that it could take up to 24hrs for the manual confirmation. When the 24 hrs had passed and the funds were not credited to my AMT account I entered a support ticket, (their system requires a ticket number which they never give you). When I didn't get a response from that I sent a second support ticket, then I emailed the contact from the deposit receipt, I found contact information for the Admin and called, no answer and left messages twice. I then filed a complaint with Paypal which they responded as follows: "Unfortunately, we were unable to resolve this claim in your favor because the item purchased was virtual or intangible. As a result, we have not taken any action against the seller at this time but we have noted your dissatisfaction in the seller's record for future reference. If you still have concerns about this transaction, we encourage you to continue to work directly with the seller for an amicable resolution." I am unsure if Paypal was the payment processor on all of the problem transactions, I can only assume that since these folks won't respond they are thieves or don't give a care.

Subsequent to the email response from Paypal I called them and had a long conversation. They were sorry, but could not help me since this was not a tangible product. I have spent just a few minutes searching online and found others that have had the same problem. Plus no one can get these folks to respond via any medium, they are not honoring withdrawal requests, but they are still online. They have updated their site; until just recently it listed the number of members (which a week ago was increasing) now that is missing. They have also "Monetized" the site and that was not there before. Also they have removed Paypal as an option for "deposit".

At this point the "Admin - Jacob Hess" hasn't responded to three or four emails or phone calls regarding AMT's failure to credit my account nor has he attempted to refute my claim that he is a Thief.

I have however received emails from Jacob letting me know about a great new matrix product added to AMT with no way to unsubscribe from his mailing list! Ha Ha
