I applied for a payday loan online on other payday loan websites and got my loans approved by the other payday loans. Never ever did I go into Capital Advance LLC website to apply. To my surprise the very next day, I had a debit of $30 from capital advance, called my bank and they gave me the capital advance llc number in which i called and spoke to a lady. She told me that I had approved a debit, obviously I didnt but then she gave me a refund id# and said ill get the refund in 15business days. It's June 9th, 2012 and I haven't received it. Called that same number and it rings and says all representatives are busy with other customers, and am on hold for 2mins then the phone gets cut off. Did that a dozen times but same story. So now i believe its a scam all along. This needs to stop, how do we get our money back?
