I ordered an Alice + Olivia dress for $230.00. They said I would receive it in 10 days. They even sent me a fake shipping number. I kept writing back to them and they kept writing back to me with supposed errors in the shipping number and all being very polite but I knew it was all suspect. It is now June and they just wrote to me really apologetically about the delay in sending my dress! I have asked for a refund but know I am out of pocket! Oh well, you live and you learn.
