On June 1st 2012, capitol advancellc process a electronic check to my bank for $30.00. I do not know who this company, I have tried serveral time to contact this company. They gave a phone number of 1866-766-1710. when you call you get a message saying wait for the next customer service agent, but no one ever comes on. Your call after a few minutes is cut off.
