RE: Nathans Natural
We have written to Nathans Natural on two occasions and have failed to receive a response.
Michigan law authorizes the Attorney General to provide legal opinions to state officials, members of the legislature, state departments and commissions, and, under certain circumstances, county prosecuting attorneys. The Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division also acts as a mediator in consumer-related issues, however, if our mediation is not successful we are unable to file suit on behalf of an individual.
If your complaint has not been resolved, I can only suggest you consider private litigation.
We are sorry that this office is unable to be of further assistance regarding this matter, however, the information you submitted will be retained in our files for future reference.
