I recently looked through the Cleveland-area Craigslist posts for a macbook pro. I found a great deal on one, and sent an email over to follow up. The seller responded and said that she was now in Vancouver due to her new job, but she was willing to send me the Macbook through a 3rd party company called InterParcel. Of course, i went over to interparcel.com and checked out their credibility, which DID in fact check out, because they ARE in fact a legit company. BUT... after Googling a few things from the quote i received from "ship-interparcel.com", i came upon a review of a discontented gent from Seattle who lost $450 towards a Nikkon camera he never received. A review on this very website! Funny story, the sellers name was "Alissa Adams" and MY seller is "Alissa Hutchinson"... and their addresses are the same! And at the bottom of my invoice? Ralph Craddock's name, just the same as on his, posing as a representative of the InterParcel customer department. So BEWARE! always do your googling before jumping into anything on the web, even eBay! It just saved me $600!!! THANK YOU SCAMBOOK!!! -bq

- I almost bought the same "macbook" here in Kansas City from "Alissa Lumsden." I'm trying to decide how strongly to word my "I'm not buying" email.
