I had purchased dresses from the website (apnadress.com). They requested the full amount of the money upfront which I had transferred over. They had promised to have it delivered by April 1st, which never came. The designer then asked me to wait 2 - 3 weeks longer for delivery which also never came. As of this date I have not received the package. After waiting over a month for the purchased item to be delivered (mid May) I canceled my order and requested my money back. The designer kept on giving excuses and refusing to pay back my money. I have detail proofs of email conversation with the the designer where they have promised to return the money. I have yet to receive either of the item. Please take learn a lesson from my mistake don't trust them.

This lady is lying we are never fraud to her check this
We posted her dresses and she is refusing she is saying she dint get any dress and according to DHL they are saying she receive it's ok but still we are saying if you want don't insult us in front of people take your money but 1st remove your coments but she said no so how we gurantee that she will not remove as she insulting us again and again

I am glad you posted on this and showed how you cheated me!
First of all I would like to go on record that I did not receive that package. Though it claims it was sent and signed but I did not receive this package.
Secondly, this package was sent almost TWO months after I was suppose to receive the dresses. I had requested them to refund me my money back in early May, which they had agreed to.
When the deal was VOID and both parties agreed to it, what was the need of them sending me something afterwards?
I had spoken to the lady in June (after this package was sent) during that conversation she did not mention once that a package was sent or she was trying to find out what happened to the package. During that conversation she agreed to refund me the money by July 10th.
Also I had been requesting them to send me the tracking information of the package from April, and they finally sent it to me in July.
In April they made excuses that it is on its way and it takes time so I should wait. After waiting for a month for a package they claimed to have sent but never did they again asked me to wait for some time. In May when I requested for my money back they made excuses again of having a sick family member. In June they made excuses of not having enough funds. In July, they had asked me to wait till July 15th to transfer funds, and now are making excusses that they sent me something. They had a month and a half to track down this package. Which I had no clue about till they informed me in mid July. They are trying to send something to me again so they can claim that they fulfilled there end of the deal.
I spoke to other people who purchased things on their website who were also fell prey to their scam. They told me that they received dresses 4 - 5 months after they were suppose to receive it. The dresses they received weren't complete and really cheap material. Apnadress just sent some cheap cloths.

People have tried to post things against them on their website like me but they keep removing the comments. Hence, I decided to post it where they can't remove it.
Because from what I have heard from others I refuse to accept anything from them now. I have told them this over and over again that if they send me something I will not accept it because it is over 4 months late.
Because they did want to loose on a huge sum of money they are trying to send me some crap and justify themselves.
As for me posting things against them, it is to warn others who may fall under their trap. I have asked them to refund me the money over and over again. (I can post all email correspondence I had with them if anyone is interested in buying a product from their website or in person). They have asked me to remove this posting which I have agreed to do so ONLY after I receive my money, and not before because they have never lived up to their end of the bargain. I have been dealing with them for months now with no results. I have lost a lot of money on this and I know I probably won't see any of it back but at least this way I can warn others and save others from going through the same experience.

Warnings to anyone who thinks about purchasing dresses from http://www.apnadress.com . For the past 4 months I have been trying to get my money back but have been unsuccessful. This website is owned by a IT company called Medialinkers, LLC (http://www.medialinkers.com/) based in Atlanta, GA.
They allow through this website ANY freelance tailor shops to feature other designers work. They put pictures up from runway shows, celebrities that features designer outfits, and other big designer sites. They tell you they will replica any dress for a cheap price. Where in reality, the end product looks nothing like it, or you will never receive the items purchased.
The company does not authenticate all the freelancers, featured on their website, IDs or information on the freelancers. Hence, anyone can go on this site and put other designers dresses on the website and offer it for lot less. If you choose to purchase from one of the freelancers, they require you to pay 80% of the purchase price upfront. Majority of this freelancers are the same people operating under different names, emails, and boutique names. If a customer files a complaint against them through the website the company only discontinues one of their accounts. Since they are in the business to cheat customers, most of them have multiple IDs. In addition, if one of the accounts is closed they easily open up another one. This is how they stay in business of cheating customers.
Also if a customer complaints against one of the freelancers, they remove all the comments from the website. They remove all negative publicity, and true testimonies from customers. I’ve posted on their website many times, and every time they removed my comments.
The company does not take any responsibility (though I feel they should be responsible) over the freelancers that are featured on their website. They should only features boutiques who are certified and legit. I contacted the website owner and requested them to -

either shut it down or only feature authenticated designers but they refused to do so. There isn’t much legal actions I can take against them (and the company knows this). I’ll be spending thousands of dollars in legal fees, and get no end results.
This is why I am warning everyone NOT to purchase any dresses from apnadress.com no matter how reasonable or cheap the prices are. There is a old saying “if it is too good to be true then it probably is”. well in this case it is. I’ve learned the hard way by losing my money, and not receiving the product that I had purchased.
