After checking my online banking today 4/6/2012 i saw 3 seperate payments had gone out to ask-ziinga.com. The first £1.00, then £1.25 and a final £58.99. I joined this site thinking it an auction like ebay. I complained to the online chat/help, and they said i made a payment of 2.55 or something for an ipod shuffle. I never did, and as i hadnt submitted the evidence of shipping address, i couldnt complete any payments for anything! She said i had signed up for platinum membership (58.99) and if i wanted a refund they would charge 28.99 in fees. i am a single mother, so most certainly did not sign up for membership! How do i get my money back? i am not in the position for this to happen.
