I went online browsing on 5/28/12 to see what the fees would be for a Payday Loan not knowing the site I was on was going to "send my information out" for someone to accept and offer me a loan. Since then my phone has been ringing at least 12 times a day from different companies and my e-mail have gone from 5 a day to up to 185 per day, mostly loan advertisers. On 6/1/12 I noticed $200.00 deposited into my account without authorization/approval. I have been either ignoring calls or telling them "no I am not interested." The on 6/2 an unauthorized $30.00 was deducted from my account paid to the order of "CheckProcess" from Capital Advance Capitol Payday. How can these companies get away with doing this illegally without written authorization? I immediately closed my bank account and now will figure out what to do next...
