My bank informed me that there were two checks processed to my account on 05/24/2012 in the amount of $30 each ($60 total) by this company and I have never done business with this particular company. Unfortunately, I believe my information was stolen/sold, etc and this company scammed me out of my money. I was able to get through on a customer service line 866.766.1710 and all the rep keeps telling me is that the funds were authorized to be deducted. I asked for specifics on where they retrieved my application and/or their documentation to validate an authorization for funds to be retrieved from my account and the rep could not provide such. I advised that I will be reporting this to the authorities and they quickly stated they would refund the $30 they could see was charged, but they are not familiar with an additional $30 charge. I confirmed that I would still move forward with contacting authorities and they stated management would be contacting asap to resolve the problem. It's a scam!
