I worked for the company not only did they treat the employees awful they treated the customers bad as well. They work you like a dog . 6 days a week . Dont want you to have any days off . You have to eat at the store and sometimes you dont get to eat or go to the restroom.
The managers Kathy B is a alcoholic and mean to her employees. terrible person . Albert Pitman tries to steal from the customers all the time get things for nothing . Albert Pitman has a domestic violence charge on his record and we have guns in the store . he is not aloud to be around or own a gun.Yet work in a jewelry store. Rip people off all the time. The owner of the store is a control freak .Has to control everyone even his family and workers. This company should be shut down. He treats people like slaves. Phil thruston owner does not know why people dont want to work for his company he pays them so well that he thinks. Its because of Kathy b and Albert P that everyone has quit or fired. Poor managers. losers. They defintley do not comply with any employement laws. If they say they melted your jewelry or your diamond was sent to New york and sold. False not true it is either in the case or they put it in there diamond box.
