Earlier I reported an unauthorised withdrawal of money from my bank account of £69.00 from total body wellness. After a long telephone conversation with an extremely unhelpful and rude man at there customer services he informed me that initial payment only goes through when i except terms and conditions. And I had excepted them and that is why the further payment went out of my account. I at no time ticked and t's and c's. I have managed to access the advert which I made my purchase through using another name and the terms and conditions box is already ticked by them. Not by me. Surely that is not correct and they should take responibility for miss leading vulnerable people.
