The company took $89.95 out of my account on 05/12/12. I called the company at 888-534-9536 on 05/14/2012 and asked them about the withdrawal. I was told that they sent me the product and it cost $89.95. I was told that it was a sample during the time I placed the order and i would only have to pay the shipping. I told her that i did not receive it and they said they do not send refunds. I told her to cancel my account and do not send any more products to my address. On 05/31/12 they took $94.90 out of my account for another order. I called them today 05/31/12 and was told i have to wait until i receive the merchandise, send it back to them then they would only refund me only $89.95. I received another cancellation code and i want to know why you continue to take money from my account. This is the second time i have cancelled this product. I will send a letter to the president of your company.
