Arthur Warren,Calle de la Union 2, Madrid Spain but I made a mistake on the Western Union transfer application in not putting in the full address and since that time I have found that the money was for a scam for a Company named FGIC (Financial Guaranty Insurance Company). Would be grateful if a refund could be made to me but as I paid in cash not sure whether that will be possible.
Need advice.
