I have, against my knowing it, been put on Mobile Shack's member list and been charged $39.96 on my phone bill. I phoned them up to cancel and be refunded for a service that I have never sollicited or used. They tell me that they are processing my demand but I have still received a bill this month. Can someone tell me what can be done about this situation?
