In jan of 2012 i got a mail piece from Fielstone law about mass joiner law suit and how they could help stop my foreclosure and get us back on track and a reduction in principal and dismiss our back payments. So we paid the 5000.00 to this firm located at 1900 quail street newport beach ca called Fieldstone Law since the attorney general raided and shut down these operators i traced down the people at this firm they are now called National Advocacy Law Center and are locted at 2861 pullman ave santa ana ca. I just wanted to warn people this scam shop keeps moving around and changing names every 2 to 6 months and we have been wanting our maney back yet the attorney Frank Barilla refuses to refund our money he tells us we have no grounds and to pound sand what a nice guy. Well recently my girl friend found out that Frank Barilla is under investigation by the California State Bar and some of his staff are also being watched by law enforcement so this explains a lot i hope no one else has to use this firm we lost our home and now we have a 1 bed room apartment thanks to there wonderful sales staff lying to us and making false promises all they wanted was there money and they could care less about us.
