Many months ago a man named Philip Raymond contacted me about money I had won through their bank fro Publishers Clearing House. The amount is or was $10,000,000.00 USD. I was supposed to pay a certain amount to get these funds released into my bank account. One item to pay for led to another and another and so on. Do I have any recourse against them or am I just out all of this money?
