Noticed that the balance in my NEW checking account was $30.00 less than it should've been therefore contacted by bank. Capital Advance used ck# 99969 (not one of mine as I've only written 6 checks total) and was able to take $30.00 right out of my account. Called the number listed by the transaction 1 866 766 1710 and only answering machine saying call back during normal business hours. I am so upset as I just opened this account. I also was looking at getting a payday loan, however did NOT nor did I ever sign any paperwork, etc. This is so upsetting to me.
