Intellicig is a UK based company claiming to sell electronic cigarettes to people who either want to stop smoking or wishing to find a healthier alternative to tobacco.

After visiting their site and being impressed by the awards and exposure they claim to be receiving, plus the youtube videos endorsing the product from supposedly 'independent and neutral' youtubers i decided to purchase one of their Intellicig evolution set.

I bought the product from their local agent and upon receiving the product my suspicions started to arise. They had sent me an electronic cigarette that had a totally different color to what i ordered. To add to the surprise, the claim that one battery can last for so and so hours is completely bogus. It actually last half the time they claim it to be ( and that's only on the best of days). After 2 days the battery started to run out of power after 15 minutes.

For a battery that takes 4-5 hours to charge ( compared to the famously claimed 3 hours by Intellicig) to lose power after 15 minutes is truly a sign of the product being cheap and bogus. Even though i was able to get the product replaced ( with no thanks to their uncooperative and greedy agent), all the replacements had the same problems.

Luckily i got my lawyers to get Intellicig to refund me after they tried to cleverly shake off my complaints or sent me waiting for long periods between complaining and receiving an answer from them or their agent. There are a lot of electronic cigarettes out their that works and I have already found one. This company has a very attractive name and promises a lot out of its product along with all the ' updated' good news and reports about the company. To me its all a scam and their products are bogus.

I see a lot of complaints around the internet on different products offered by Intellicig which are similar to mine. I think that it is only just to share my experience too and warn everyone else about it. Buy at your own risk.
