We, Royal Nuts Trading Private Ltd., India, placed an order of 2 gb 1000 Pieces of MICRO SD memory card with Ms. LEE CLAIRE KE. She pretends to be from the company SHENZHEN SINGBAIO TECHNOLOGY CO. LTD.. But after a long e-mail communication with her we transfered $1070/- to KINGNOBO TECHNOLOGY LTD. Before transferring the money we asked Ms. Lee Claire why do we transfer money to Kingnobo technology ltd. why don;t to your company. She replied that this their production company.

She told us to send these products by DHL or BY FEDEX. But after 10 days we received a packet from HONGKONG POST.

When we opened the packet we found 900 pieces of rejected "Kingstone" brand memory cards. where as we ordered 1000 pcs of our brand M-Chip products. e received the material of "Zero" value purely garbages.

We communicated these to Ms. Lee Claire along with photographs. She agreed that these were wrongly sent to us.

But there after she is not replying to our mail. We lost our hard earned money. She is a smart cheater. They have the clear intention of Fraud using intelligence.

Please help us to receive our money back or else please send our product we ordered.

Please guide how do we proceed legally to punish these cheaters sitting in China, cheating/ fraud the world.
