I ordered a "free 30days trial" jar for $1.95 S&H. I received the product on 5/14/12 & was charged $89.95 on5/23/12 @ 3:07am. I called the listed number several times & it was a non working number. I kept trying different numbers. Went back on the site I ordered from & got a number. I called them to cancel & asked why did they charge me $89.95 when I just received the product on Monday? The representative Liane id#3538 tells me that its a 14 days trial period. I told her ok, even so I just received your product. 14days haven't even passed. She didn't want to give me her id # and told me that the website I ordered it from was not their website & they are not affiliated with them...Wow really? If so then why did that same website send me the same order number they gave me & why does it have the same return address to your company on the box that was shipped out? Save the bull for someone else. I told them that that was an unauthorized payment & if they Do Not put my money back that they will be hearing from my bank & my lawyer. I told her they are nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS STEALING people money. I went off on her so bad. Do Not buy anything from this company. They are Nothing but Scammers!!! Beware of DermaPure!!
