I ordered a Team Umizoomi personalized shirt on April 14th for my daughter's 2nd birthday party. My card was charged immediately and I recieved several emails stating that my order would ship within a week, then in 2-3days, then 24 hours and that was weeks ago, still no shirt. Also, the number on the website says they are busy assisting other customers and says you can leave a message after the tone but there isn't one, it just hangs up on you.
