I ORDERED FREE TRIAL, GOT MY GAR OF DERMAPURE, BUT DID NOT WANT TO JOIN A MONTHLY PROGRAM. TRIED TO CALL MANY, MANY TIMES. PHONE WILL NOT TAKE INCOMING CALLS. I AM TRING TO HAVE MY CREDIT CARD CO. STOP PAYMENT. I NEED HELP IN THIS MATTER ALSO.

- I did some research today and got a different phone number for Dermapure...1-888-534-3596... I spoke to Rose and told her the numbers on invoice and web/email addresses were bogus, she said they have the option of changing their number! I told her that was shitty customer service! I was given a cancellation number, which I then in turn reported to my credit card co. Also was told that if I wanted a credit for the dollars charged to me that I would need to return the product and I was given a return number. I told her it stinks, since I was only supposed to be charged 1.95! good luck!
