When I attempted to cancel the 2-day (@ $1) trial, they offered to extend the "membership" another month for a reduced fee of $9.95 (down from the usual $29 or so). But I could never access that website. Fully four extended "live chat" interchanges with their customer service over several days only got me: (a) that site is being worked on a present, (b) use an alternate website, (c) use multiple other websites with same member info, (d) at that end my username and password gave them access... but NOT available by me; and (e) they would cancel my current subscription at the end of the month... during which I have never once been able to access the website or any of the others they offered. So they have taken the money, will not credit/return it, sayh I should be able to access, but I have not been able to. The fourth customer service disconnected after I had described in great detail via a series of messages what the recurring problem was. Some "customer service" indeed! What a lousy operation.
