I placed an order for Moncler jacket, but after 2 weeks they were still lying to me saying my jacket was special ordered for me and will be in by the end of the week. After 2 weeks of waiting the couldn't even confirm if the jacket had a tracking order from their supplier, so I requested a refund. My account was updated stating that I would receive a credit with my bank within 5-7 days. Joke, that never happened. Here it is now 5/22/12 and still no money in my account. I did however process a dispute claim, which to my surprise can take up to 180 days I was told. Problem being my order was cancelled by me of course. My order was actually placed on January 29th and I have to wait 180 days from the date of filing my claim, this is after I had to wait 30 before being allowed to file a dispute. I will probably never see my money because the person who runs this scam, so called business has no intention, but to get rich from taking people's money with no intention of giving it back. YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT. YOU WILL GET KNOCK OFF MERCHANDISE, NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED AT ALL OR NOTHING AT ALL. FORGET ABOUT YOUR BANK GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK BECAUSE THAT'S LIKELY NOT TO HAPPEN EITHER. Save yourself the aggravation and money, you will not be pleased.
