This company contacted me & told me I won a gift card worth $100.00 but had to pay $2.98. There was no conversation about more money or continuous payments of $22.98 at any time. I continue to see money taken out of my account & I am upset about this. I feel that they should repay all monies taken from people & they should be charged/arrested for scamming people of their hard earned money.

I have been reading through the complaints about WAKA, as they have been calling me also, so I thought I would check them out. I just want to say Phoem you seem to be very much like the fembot that makes the calls. Your responses here are the same patented smug non apologetic crap to people who have been seriously harmed by WAKA. "The only way we could get your credit..." well hello captain obvious, they are all saying they authorized the 2.98 or whatever the small minimal original charge was, what they didn't authorize were the additional charges that your creeper company came in and stole from their accounts without permission. I do see where you say they will get reimbursed for any monies charged on a 100% money back guarantee, but that confuses me, how does a company give a 100% money "back" guarantee on funds they were never authorized to take in the first place, & does your company also repay their lost time and any overdraft fees incurred from your companies practices? One woman on here with several charges in the first few hours after authorizing the initial 2.98 charge you accused her of those being charges she made interacting with your "partner" sites. How do you know that? Did you even speak to her? I think you should stop giving patented excuse answers for a company that has been proven to be scamming people over and over. There is no excuse for taking money from people who are already struggling by offering something that is too good to be true and taking advantage of peoples trust in the fact that finally something good may have actually happened to them. Snake oil sales people end up bitten in the end, and sooner or later WAKA should get their due, but most likely they wont. Hopefully enough people will talk and post about the scams perpetrated by WAKA and stop them in their tracks and keep other people from losing their hard earned money to those jerks running that creepy, smarmy scam that are to lazy to work a real job for a living.
