Randomly received call that there was a buyer for my timeshare, which was not advertized for sale, but the pressure was applied and the profit sounded to good to be true and I agreed to pursue the sale. Then informed that I needed to pay 1,995 up front for title search but it would be refunded at closing.......needless to say I am minus 1,995 and still had a timeshare in Cancun. Pray that money came be recovered some day. I did notify the NY attorney general.
