in marich i requisted a vin # check on car for $2.99 .the following month iwas chargrd $29.99 on my cc i called the cc compy and they helped me git thru to carvinhistory. the person at carvin sid to down load refund form and thty would refund the $29.99 . ha ha i hahve tried to get the form but guess what? ????

Now carvinhistory.com says "they are not taking new customers". Wonder why? Lawsuits, anyone?
My question to you is this... I was scammed also (this spring, 2012). Did you see anything in your terms of sale that stated you would be charged every month following the initial purchase? I am web savvy and read what I purchase; I do not recall anything being said!!!
