A guy knocked at our door in Feb 2012 and said that he was selling books for MTS circulation and that there were lots of kids books.I ordered some books for my daughter and paid him $40 cash,he told me that I'll start receiving books in about 4 weeks,it's May now and I haven't received anything.He even lied to me that my neighbor had ordered the same books,later on when I checked with my neighbor she told me that he had gone to her but she didn't order anything.I have the receipt but it seems to be of no use as there's no number where I can call.
