I did not authorize the two deductions, one being $91.40 & the other being $1.03 for a total of $92.43 on the above date. I also sent a copy of those deductions in the e-mail I sent as I was told to do where I was supposed to about 4 or 5 days ago, at least, requesting they reverse those charges and put them back on my credit card. I was not informed that these deductions would be made and I am a retired woman that doesn't have much of an income and I have a new granddaugter, my first one, to go see and because they have taken these deductions, I have no money to go with!!! This is not good business and I am totally disappointed in this company. People told me "oh it's okay to buy on line...no problems"...well this is the reason I didn't do this before and now they have confirmed my first thoughts...they just want to take all the money they can from you. I will never do this again, but I also will never tell anyone I know to ever buy on line etc. I would very much appreciate it if you would reverse those charges and put them back on my credit card. Thanks in advance.
