Informed I qualified for grant from federal government. Asked through which branch and person started with the you have qualified with a grant script again. Asked to pay $3.87 to set up everything and the only took Visa and Master Card. I told him I only had American Express. He insisted I find a Visa or MC pre-paid card. I hung up. They have called several times in the last month and say the exact same thing regardless of the questions you ask. They called from New York (315) 954-6791
