had motor go bad in 2001 dodge durango was told warranty was inforce take to an asi certified mechanic to have fixed after submitting claim they said i told them that it happened before i got the policy so it was pre existing and that i was totalling responsible for cost. when talking to them prior all we discussed was maintenance shedule for all oil changes and service done on it before the breakdown
