I ordered The Tidewate Combo Uniforms, 12 sets of uniforms home and away. The order was not received within the time frame I was given. It took 9 days for the art department to approved the order. After several phone calls per day I received the shorts on a Friday the day before our game however we did not received the Jerseys. I received the jerseys on the Monday after our first game. I open the boxes on Tuesday at practice to find 6 of the 12 set of uniforms were incorrect. They shipped two jerseys in the wrong size and we were missing 4 pairs of shorts, 3 home and 1 away We can't play in an official tournament because we don't have all matching uniforms, therefore the entire order is useless. I contacted Teampack the next day which was within 72 hours letting them know 6 sets were incorrect. They explained the jerseys were on back order so they up the sizes and will send correct sizes when they come in, and would send our short out right away. Well that was around 5 weeks ago. I still have not received the shorts or the jerserys. Now I'm told they will send the 6 unifom items July 11th, 2012. I placed my Order in April I requested specific sizes and was shipped whatever they had in stock. Now I have to wait until July to get 4 missing pair of shorts and the correct size jerseys. Unacceptable.
