I saw the infomercial on late night televsion and thought that would good information to know so I dialed the given number. Not one time did I get to talk to a person. I finally gave my credit card number and a few days later received a large box which contained 2 "Who Knew Orgreenic" pans for $19.99 each, 2 "Who Knew Lint Lizards" for $10.99 each, 1 "100 Household Hints- Baking Soda" book for $9.99, 1 "Naturally Clean Home book for $14.99 plus the books I ordered for $29.99 for a total of $116.93 plus Shipping & Handling of $18.84.
I soon discovered the books were not worth the money and the three little books did not contain the infomation as advertised. Not only did I get the worthless books, but the other items which I did not order. I called them back and finally spoke to a "customer service" person who told me to return the items I did not order. That left me paying for postage for items I didn't order in the first place. After long drawn out conversation, she reluctantly put me on hold to check with her "manager". Her "manager" let her send me a postage paid return label. I gave her my email address as that was the quickest way for me to get it. After several days it had not arrived, so once again I called. This time I told her just to mail it to me. As of 5/19/2012 it has not arrived!
