Never paid to be a full membership. They took $5.00 from me for a trial as my submit and suddenly they took $71,21 from me after the trial.
Never trust to pay online for such a stupid website since it's useless.

First, no one was charged 7500.. and second when you sign up for things online READ WHAT YOUR CHECKING. it states the following:
Automatic Renewal: Quamm Media Access can be tried by purchasing a non-refundable 3 days trial license that costs $4.95. If you like it and keep it, you will be automatically charged for a full license ($69.95 one time payment). If you do not like the software simply cancel by unsubscribing. No questions will be asked. In this case, you will never be charged again.
69.96 plus tax... -

- Your site did suck. But I did what I was suppose to and cancelled. Though it was a bit tough to do. Because you did try to charge my card but it was prepay and I didnt put money on it. So when I tried to cancel it kept saying my account was not active. I kept emailing saying I dont care if its not active I want it cancelled. So far no charges. But I probably havent had $70 on it. So time will tell. But everything I tried to download had problems. You know if you did what you let on that you do then the $70 would be well worth it. But the sites not worth even being free. Has it made you rich yet ? I am sure it has. So many people lack integrity. It is very sad.

- I WAS charged the $75, so boonesbenjamins is telling porkies. After having no luck even opening the file I wanted, and giving up the whole exercise thinking I'd only lost my temporary membership fee. When I saw the extra outrageous deduction on my account I immediately emailed your service department and said some unkind things. Strangely, though you emailed notification of a response via your website, I couldn't access the Quamm.net website at all for several days, and it was only after reporting the fraud to my bank I suddenly had access, and, mercifully, a refund. I read the fine print fairly carefully when I started this exercise and NOWHERE was the catch 22 you mention made clear. As far as I'm concerned it is still blatant fraud, and I do not believe that the files you purport to have available actually are available, but your system simply reacts to customer's requests and "creates" a "matching" file title to sucker them in.
